Unitex Unitex PRO-POXY P606 is a two-component, 100 percent solids, flexible epoxy sealant for securing wiring and lighting fixtures in airport runways and taxiways. PRO-POXY P606 is suitable for use in asphalt and concrete substrates.

Storage Conditions: Store at 40°- 95°F (5°- 35°C).

Minimum substrate temperature for application: 55°F (13°C)

MIXING/APPLICATION

Mix equal parts by volume of component A and component B with low speed drill and Jiffy mixer at 200-300 rpm for exactly 3 minutes until thoroughly blended.
Mix only quantities that can be used immediately.

Cleanup

Ventilate area. Confine spill. Collect with absorbent material, flush area with water. Dispose of in accordance with current applicable local, state and federal regulations. Uncured material can be removed with Unitex Citrus Cleaner or other approved solvent. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

First Aid

Remove contaminated clothing. For eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes; contact physician immediately. For respiratory problems, remove person to fresh air. For skin contact, remove epoxy immediately with a dry cloth or paper towel. Wash area of contact thoroughly with soap and water. Solvents should not be used because they carry the irritant into the skin. Wash clothing before re-use. Cured epoxy resins are innocuous.

Cautions

Component "A" Irritant: Prolonged contact with skin may cause irritation. Avoid eye contact.

Component "B" Corrosive: Contact with skin may cause severe burns. Avoid skin contact.

Product is a strong sensitizer. Use of safety goggles and chemicalresistant gloves recommended. Avoid breathing vapors. Use adequate ventilation. Use of a NIOSH/MSHA organic vapor respirator recommended if ventilation is inadequate.
