Usage

Seasons aluminum forms

Prevents buildup on ready-mix trucks, pipe plants, block plants, vibratory screeds, small batch mixers, shoring and scaffold equipment, power trowels and forming hardware

Application

 

SURFACE PREPARATION

Aluminum forms should be warmed in the sun prior to application.

 

FORMTECH DE is ready to use and requires no mixing; never dilute. Spray at approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon or 9.8 sq. m. per liter. For reduced cleanup time of equipment and tools, remove softened cement paste periodically and re-spray FORMTECH DE at the end of each shift. Forming hardware may be soaked in FORMTECH DE for several days for easy removal of uncured concrete.

Limitations

FORMTECH DE will not soften cured concrete.

 

First Aid

SKIN: Wash with soap and water.

EYES: Flush with large amounts of water and contact physician.

INGESTION: Contact physician.

 

Cautions

Do not cut top off drum with torch.

Classified as a combustible liquid NA1993. Do not use near heat or open flame.

Do not dilute.

Use in well ventilated areas.

Keep out of reach of children.

Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors.

Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact.
