PRO-FILM CONCENTRATE and PRO-FILM RTU (ready to use) are designed to reduce surface moisture evaporation on all types of concrete flatwork. PRO-FILM is effective in conditions where rapid drying occurs, such as high winds, low humidity and high temperatures.

Applied before finishing, it reduces the potential of plastic shrinkage cracks by retaining mix water.

Features

Retains surface moisture in all types of concrete flatwork

Helps prevent plastic shrinkage cracking

Reduces wind crusting of flatwork surfaces

No effect on curing compounds and other floor toppings

Useful as finishing aid during troweling operations

Can be used on interior and exterior concrete surfaces

Easy and beneficial to use

Total compatibility with fresh concrete

Ideal finishing aid for epoxy tools

Usage

Floors and pavement

Parking garages and decks

Concrete containing fly ash

Dry shake floors

Condensed silica fume concrete

Coverage

PRO-FILM CONCENTRATE: 1 gal./3.8 L mixed with 10 gal./38 L water will cover approximately 4,400-6,600 sq. ft./405-607 sq m.

PRO-FILM RTU: 1 gal./3.8 L will cover approximately 400-600 sq. ft./37-55 sq. m.

Weather conditions and concrete texture will effect application rate.

Packaging

1 gal./3.8 L (six per case)

5 gal./18.9 L pails

55 gal./208.2 L drums

Application

PRO-FILM RTU is mixed and ready to use. Mix PRO-FILM CONCENTRATE in the ratio of 1 gal./3.8 L PRO-FILM CONCENTRATE to 10 gal./38 L water. Mix thoroughly. Do not apply in concentrated form.

Use hand pump sprayer capable of spraying in a fine mist. Spray after bullfloating operation is completed. Additional applications may be necessary in extreme drying conditions. After finishing, always apply a quality UNITEX curing compound.

Clean equipment with soap and water.

Cautions

Follow proper dilution rate.

Apply only as fine spray.

NOT to be used as a curing compound.

Reduces evaporation only when concrete is in plastic state.

Water base product - PROTECT FROM FREEZING.

Do not apply on hardened concrete. Will stain!

Always perform test pour on colored concrete.

FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY!

Epoxy Polymer Extends Life For World's Longest Covered Bridge It’s a smoother and safer ride for motorists crossing over the Hartland Covered Bridge in Hartland, New Brunswick, Canada—the world’s longest covered bridge. The bridge deck has been covered with an epoxy polymer overlay from Unitex.
