Description
A water-based silicanate for sealing light colored limestone and pre-cast.
Specifically recommended for use on surfaces with varying porosities and absorption
rates. Chemically bonds to concrete, lasting longer than organic sealers. Allows each
rain to clean the building of hydocarbons, other impurities and discolorations,
preventing them from being sucked back into the pores.

Features
- Preserves the color of the architectural surface
- Nonflammable, non-yellowing, odorless and easy to use
- Reduces attack by dirt and hydrocarbons, will not attract soot as many other
sealing products do
- Reduces water damage from freeze-thaw cycle, helps protect against efflorescence
- Provides resistance to many chemicals, mildew, fungus and UV damage
- Ready to use no mixing

Usage
Chemically seals light colored limestone and pre-cast.
Coverage
Limestone and precast: 100-150 sq. ft./gal.
Concrete walls (above grade): 125 sq. ft./gal.
Exposed aggregate: 60-125 sq. ft./gal.
Brick (white and cream): 100 sq. ft./gal.
Stucco (white, buff, etc.): 100 sq. ft./gal.
Plaster: 150-250 sq. ft./gal.
Stone & tile: 125-300 sq. ft./gal.
Irregular surfaces: Decrease the coverage per gallon.

Application
TEST PANELS SHOULD BE MADE and allowed to stand for 28 days to be sure there are
no peculiarities involved. Test panel should be approved by the architect.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface should be relatively dry, structurally sound and free
of foreign matter such as grease, oil, dirt and concrete dust. Defective mortar and
open joints should be pointed. Cracks, expansion joints and spalling should be repaired
and caulked before sealing. Let concrete cure for a minimum of 28 days for a 4 in. wall
before sealing on one side. Wall should be above 40°F/4°C on application.
SEALING VERTICAL SURFACE: Starting at top of building, mist the surface lightly
on each drop to break surface tension. This step is essential to achieve proper
penetration. Respray area liberally, flooding enough to create runs from 10 in. to
24 in. on masonry surface. Flood coat should be applied with low pressure of about
10-20 lbs.
SEALING HORZONTAL SURFACE: Spray uniformly to form a continuous film for best
results. Puddling should be broomed out as soon as possible.
