A VOC-compliant resin emulsion that forms a membrane to seal against moisture loss. Membrane-forming compound produces a positive seal against moisture loss. Provides normal hydration so concrete can achieve specified PSI. White titanium dioxide reflects sun's heat, keeping concrete cooler.
