Patching

A solvent-free, moisture-insensitive, low-viscosity, high-strength, two-component injection resin. It meets ASTM-C-881 Types I, II, IV and V, Grade 1, Classes B and C. It also meets USDA specifications for use in food processing areas. An excellent epoxy adhesive for use in crack grouting by pressure injection or gravity-feed, and for making epoxy mortars and grouts.

A solvent-free, moisture-insensitive, 100% solids, medium-viscosity, two-component, epoxy bonding agent and injection resin specifically formulated for load-bearing applications where higher tensile strength is required. It meets ASTM-C-881, Types I, II, IV & IV, Grade 2 Classes B and C for Epoxy Resin Adhesives. It meets USDA specifications for use in food processing areas.

A solvent-free, moisture-insensitive, two-component, 100% solids, medium-viscosity tropical-grade bonding agent and corrosion inhibitor for steel. It meets ASTM-C-881, Types I, II and V, Grade 2 Classes B and C for Epoxy Resin Adhesives and meets USDA specifications for use in food processing areas. Ideally suited for use in hot weather.

A solvent-free, moisture-insensitive, low-modulus, two-component bonding agent. Excellent for use as a binder for concrete skid-resistant overlays on bridges and elevated slabs. Meets ASTM-C-881, Type III, Grade 1, Classes B and C. It also meets USDA specifications for use in food processing areas.

High-strength, two-component epoxy adhesive anchoring gel for both solid and hollow-base materials. PRO-POXY 300 meets ASTM-C-881, Types I, II, IV and V, Grade 3, Classes B and C. PRO-POXY 300 FAST meets ASTM-C-881, Types I, II, IV and V, Grade 3, Classes A, B and C (except gel time on Types II & V). A three-component, 100% solids, multi-purpose, high-strength, non-shrink epoxy patching mortar for longer lasting patches with excellent workability. The system combines a high quality epoxy resin and curing agent with an engineered blend of graded aggregates. Specifically engineered to provide superior patching, while demonstrating physical characteristics similar to the concrete substrate.

A blend of Portland cements, aggregate and proprietary admixtures designed to provide a fast setting patching material for horizontal, vertical and overhead applications. Manufactured to provide excellent workability while demonstrating similar physical characteristics to the concrete substrate. This allows for the even distribution of stresses placed on the repair by dynamic loading and freeze/thaw conditions.

A blend of hydraulic cement and admixtures used for plugging and stopping water or fluid leaks in concrete structures and masonry walls. When mixed to a thick consistency and hand formed, HYDRAULIC CEMENT – a non-corrosive, non-rusting, and non-shrink material – will set in 3-5 minutes to seal out water for the life of the structure.

A rapid setting, rapid hardening concrete patching material that exhibits excellent flexural properties, shear bond strength and compressive strength. This product is a blend of Portland cement, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. Specifically formulated to meet and exceed the requirements of ASTM C-928 R1 and R2. It offers superior resistance to deicing salts, petroleum products and other chemicals prevalent on concrete roadways. In addition, PATCH SET 928 will not rust or corrode reinforcing steel under moist, humid conditions.
